This privacy policy applies to all Joy of Coding, LLC (“Company” or “Joy of Coding”) activities, including, but not limited to our brands' websites including pathbird.com, and all other websites, mobile sites, services, applications, platforms and tools where this Privacy Policy appears or is linked (collectively, our “Website”) and governs your use of the Joy of Coding software service (“Service”). The Service includes a self-guided computational textbook and/or a system for authoring, publishing, and distributing a self-guided computational textbooks.

This Privacy Policy is to inform you about how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not use the Service to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
